Difficult Site conditions
Permitting is costs more in Austin due to additional regulations and work hours that it takes for approval. Most properties require several non-standard permitting fees and costs.
For the sake of simplicity, transparency, and planning, we have an additional upfront permitting price of $6,000 that encompasses these costs. It's added to the base price of the Elbow Room.

There is a possibility that we may uncover site specific issues that require additional costs to comply with you municipality.
Some of these fees include, but are not limited to: side-walk fees, TAPS plans, environmental studies, etc.
