You'll have a initial consultation followed by a site visit. We visit your property, discuss your goals, and assess site conditions. You'll learn about our models, options, and pricing.

Your ADU journey begins with a conversation about your vision, needs, and property.

Once approved, we schedule your project in our construction calendar. You'll receive a detailed timeline.
Permit Approval
4-12 weeks
We manage communication with the building department, respond to any questions, and keep you updated on status.
City Review
We prepare and submit all required documents: architectural plans, engineering, site plans, and applications.

Permit Submission
We handle the paperwork so you don't have to. Our team navigates city requirements on your behalf.
4-6 weeks
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, paint, flooring, and fixtures complete the interior.
Systems & Finishes
3-4 weeks
The structure takes shape with framing, roofing, windows, and siding. You'll see your ADU standing.
Framing & Exterior
2-3 weeks
We prepare the site, pour the foundation, and rough in underground utilities. First milestone payment due.
Site-Preparation & Foundation
This is where your ADU comes to life. Our crews work efficiently while keeping you informed every step.
Move-in ready
You receive keys, documentation, and warranty information. Your one-year workmanship warranty begins.
Hand-over & Warranty

We walk through your ADU together, demonstrate all systems, and address any final details.
Completion Walk-Through
1-2 weeks
We coordinate all required inspections. Once passed, you'll receive your Certificate of Occupancy.
Final Inspection
Your ADU is complete. Time to unlock its potential, whether for family, guests, or income.
When the permit is approved, we'll schedule crews and begin construction. You will recieve keys after your completion walk and your warranty will begin.
Construction & Warranty
Plans are created for your approval. Then we start the permitting process. We'll handle all parts of the permit process.
Design & Permits
Review the proposal that is based on your selected model and site conditions. Sign the proposal and the contract that follows. We'll schedule your selections visit next.
Sign Proposal & Contract
$200 fee covers the cost of a site visit & feasibility study. We'll help you decide placement, take measurements, and notes. You'll receive a copy of the feasibility study.
